Vendor Information

Fees and Payment Schedule for 2026

  • Vendor Costs
    • $150: for-profit vendors
    • $100: non-profit vendors
    • $400: food vendors (SOLD OUT!)
    • $100 additional: for tent
    • $15 additional: for an extra table
  • All vendors will be emailed an invoice if fees apply to their application. All invoices include payment instructions via credit card, check, or money order made payable to NC State University. No cash is accepted for Packapalooza fees.
  • Payment Due Date:
    • Non-Food Vendors: All payments are due within 30 days of registration confirmation or by Friday, August 14, 2026, by 5 p.m. EDT, whichever comes first.
    • Food Vendors: All payments are due within 30 days of registration confirmation or by Friday, July 31, 2026, at 5 p.m. EDT, whichever comes first.
  • NC State Campus Affiliates: Utilize the IDT system to make payments.
  • Please note that the submission of this registration form does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to accept or deny applications based on current operational and programmatic requirements. Furthermore, approved registrations are not considered finalized until all applicable payments have been received.

Important Dates for 2026 Vendors

  • Payment of all applicable fees for food vendors is due within 30 days of registration confirmation OR by Friday, July 31, 2026, whichever comes first.
    • The registration fee of $400 (including electricity) does NOT cover the cost of processing with Wake County Environmental Services. For food vendors that need to be inspected, an additional $75 fee will apply.
  • Online registration submission closes for all non food/drink vendors: Friday, August 7, 2026, at 11:59pm. Additional requests (tent, table, chairs) deadline based on availability. 
  • We will contact each confirmed organization with their specific assignments: the week of August 17, 2026.  
  • Payment of all applicable fees for non-food vendors is due within 30 days of registration confirmation or by Friday, August 14, 2026, at 5pm if the event is less than 30 days from your submission.

Event Day Setup for 2026 Vendors

  • Vendors must arrive at Packapalooza by 12:30 p.m. No vehicles will be permitted on the street after 12:30 p.m.
  • All vendors must be set up for Packapalooza by 1:30 p.m.
  • The event starts at 2 p.m.
  • All non-food vendors should remain at Packapalooza until at least 6 p.m. All food vendors should remain at Packapalooza until at least 9 p.m. Departing the event before these times may result in improper vendor attendance being recorded.

Vendor Space Assignment for 2026 Vendors

Vendors will be assigned to their specific space the week before Packapalooza. Limited information about placement will be available until then.

Event Maps and Directions

Vendors are advised to download the Packapalooza app after July 1. The app will contain the most up-to-date information regarding the event, including maps and more.

Tent and Table Placement

  • All tents and tables must stay within the vendors’ dedicated space(s).
  • Hillsborough Street merchants must not allow their event-day setup to impede the sidewalk in front of their establishments.

NC State Trademark Usage

  • All use, sale, or promotion of items related to or including NC State trademarks, names, logos, mascots, or other related graphics must comply with NC State trademark policy. See more on trademark policy here.
  • Staff members from NC State University will be monitoring trademark compliance at Packapalooza™.
